Windcrest Townhomes Association, Inc. is an established community of townhomes located on 15 ac. of Schneider’s Hill on the SW side of Fredericksburg, Texas. The Association is managed by a five-member volunteer board of directors, all community members. Development amenities include tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a community meeting room.
